Conference: Volunteers needed

LIASA CONFERENCE 6-10 October 2008, CTICC, CAPE TOWN

Volunteers needed for the following:

Monday, 6 October
Library tour & Fun run.

Tues-Fri, 7-10 October
Conference (whole day)

Tues - Welcome function (18H30)
Wed - Gala dinner (19H30)
Thurs - Informal social function (19H30).

The idea is to have 6 groups of 5 people each. Each group will have a
team leader. The groups will work according to a daily roster. For
each time-slot, there will be 2 groups on duty. One group to assist in
the venue. The other group to direct delegates to the facilities,
messaging and enquiries.

A meeting with all volunteers will take place on Tuesday, 23 September
2008, at 11H00, at CPUT library, Keizergracht Street, Cape Town campus,
Room 3.139, Level 3.
