Due to various calls for an alternative date as well as to accomodate other LIASA processes, the LIASA:WC AGM scheduled for Thursday, 13 August 2009 will be postponed to Friday, 4 September 2009.
The new date is unfortunately the only one that accomodates our Keynote Speaker and will hopefully not inconvenience many members. This new date will also allow us to conclude on the LIASA Librarian of the Year competition process for the Western Cape and thus allowing us to announce the Western Cape winner at the AGM.
Further details regarding the venue will be communicated at a later stage.
