WESTERN CAPE LIBRARY SUPPORT STAFF INTEREST GROUP 2007 CUSTOMER CARE WORKSHOP
"Customer care is a customer service that seeks to provide superior
customer satisfaction, and build customer loyalty."
The LIASA Western Cape Support Staff Interest Group invites you to
attend a half day workshop on customer care aimed at library staff in
the frontlines, who deal with users and present the public face of the
library. This will be an opportunity to share and further develop
your customer service experiences and strategies, and learn first hand
on how to put your customer first.
Date: 20 June 2007
Time: 8.30 - 12.30
Venue: UCT- Ulwazi Knowledge Commons Training Room (just off the
main entrance to Chancellor Oppenheimer Main Library)
Cost: LIASA members R30,00 non members - R60,00
Payment: Fee payable on the morning.
You may pay/renew your membership at the workshop. Full registration
R210.00 and Interest Group registration R105.00.
Handouts and teas will be provided.
