The LIASA Western Cape Support Staff Interest Group invites you to
attend a half day workshop on customer care aimed at library staff in
the frontlines, who deal with users and present the public face of the
library. This will be an opportunity to share and further develop
your customer service experiences and strategies, and learn first hand
on how to put your customer first.

Venue: UCT- Ulwazi Knowledge Commons Training Room (just off the
main entrance to Chancellor Oppenheimer Main Library)
Cost: LIASA members R30,00 non members - R60,00
Payment: Fee payable on the morning.
